Keybindings are:

Console - Joystick 1 moves, L1(LB) aims, L1(LB) + R2(RT) shoots, X(A) interacts and confirms, D-pad changes weapons, Square(X) runs (and reloads, if you're aiming) and start shows the inventory.

Keyboard - WASD moves, J aims, J + I, Space interacts and confirms, Q and E scroll through weapons, LeftShit runs (and reloads, if you're aiming) and Enter shows the inventory and skip dialog.
